Order lucky dolls

Choose one or more lucky dolls, enter the quantity, and click "add to cart."

If you'd like to order more lucky charms, click "continue shopping," or if you've ordered enough lucky charms to share the good fortune, click "go to your shopping cart."

- After "go to your shopping cart", fill in your payment method, shipping country and any discount code.

- Check the order and click on "complete order"

Enter your contact information and click "Complete Order." You can also enter any names or words you'd like for the lucky charm keychains in the "Comments" section.

- Check the information again and click on " I declare that I have read and agree to the General Terms and Conditions ."

- Then confirm the order at the bottom right of the button!

- After this, if you have chosen to pay via Ideal/MisterCash or Paypal, you will be redirected to the Mollie payment system that processes these payments for us.

We will process your order as soon as we receive payment. If you pay by iDEAL, this will be immediate (within 24 hours on weekdays), and if you pay by bank transfer, it will usually arrive the next day. For pickup, please contact info@gelukspoppetjes.eu.

If you have a newsletter offer, it will remain in effect until the next newsletter is sent. Don't forget to include the newsletter's comment; we can't change this later.

The lucky charms are priced per piece unless otherwise stated. For example, if a photo shows multiple lucky charms, this is to indicate the available colors, but we will deliver a lucky charm from the photo you see.

Pay

Gelukspoppetjes.eu offers five payment options: prepayment via bank transfer, iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal, or cash upon pickup. Gelukspoppetjes.eu ensures that all shipped products are carefully and adequately packaged, minimizing the risk of damage to the lucky dolls during shipping. We ship in bubble wrap whenever possible. If this isn't possible, we'll notify you and ask if we can ship by parcel post. Gelukspoppetjes.eu is part of Artasja, creative and sports applications.

If you pay in advance by bank transfer, please transfer the amount to the giro account NL61INGB0005326647, payable to Artasja Creatievetoepassing in Veldhoven, within 8 days. Please note: don't forget to include your order number with your payment. For international payments, you will need the following information:

With iDEAL, you can pay for your online purchases reliably, securely, and easily. You pay within your familiar online payment environment, based on your own bank's specific security methods. As an online banker, you can use iDEAL immediately without registering. For more information, visit the iDEAL website. Bancontact is also free, and PayPal payments are secure, but they do incur additional costs: €0.39 per order plus 3.4% of the order total.

There are no fees for standard bank transfers, iDEAL, and Bancontact payments. Payments by invoice or quote (for businesses, etc.) are subject to a 30-day payment term.

All prices include 21% VAT and exclude shipping costs. Price changes and typographical errors reserved.

Sending lucky charms

Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €3.95 for letterbox mail and €6.95 for (letterbox) parcel mail. For orders over (approximately) €15 (original price!), or if we expect to require more than two stamps, we ship by (letterbox) parcel mail if the website indicates a shipping cost of €6.95, as this provides greater certainty that your order will be delivered safely. The website itself indicates when letterbox mail is still available (€3.95) and when it should be sent by parcel (€6.95). Of course, you can also choose parcel mail, which will ensure faster delivery.

Orders over €100.00 are free of charge within the Netherlands, unless you choose to collect your order at a specific location or require delivery at a specific time. You can also have your order shipped insured for €9.95.

PLEASE NOTE: For some items we recommend parcel post, otherwise we cannot guarantee against breakage!

Unfortunately, we can only ship abroad by parcel post due to the legislation as determined within the European Union.

Due to international regulations, established by the Universal Postal Union*, we must make a strict distinction between sending documents and goods. All your goods shipments must now include a shipping label with a barcode. Furthermore, countries require us to share information about these shipments digitally and in advance.

For orders over €150.00, you won't pay any shipping costs within Europe. Because we charge different rates for parcels in each country, this amount may vary. The website itself displays the correct amount.

We ship your order within 24 hours on working days unless otherwise stated, e.g. in the case of handmade items.

Pick up lucky dolls

Picking up your lucky doll order is always possible by appointment and is free of charge. You can choose to pay cash upon pickup or pay online using iDEAL.

Once we receive your payment, we aim to ship your order within 2 business days. If this is not possible for any reason, we will notify you promptly. You can always cancel your order free of charge.

Returning lucky dolls

We encourage you to make your own conscious choice about which lucky charms you'd like to receive, to minimize the CO2 emissions associated with shipping our lucky charms. That's why we've chosen not to offer free returns for your lucky charm order. Instead of charging our customers for shipping, which would make the lucky charms more expensive (making returns seem free), we're keeping the prices of the lucky charms lower, and the customer will bear the cost of returning the lucky charms.

If an order is returned to us postage paid, we can resubmit it to the post office after payment of the actual costs incurred (see our general terms and conditions).

PLEASE NOTE: Handmade personalized or custom-made items, as well as pre-assembled lucky doll mixes, cannot be returned!
