Who spreads so much happiness at once?
Sometimes we receive wonderful assignments that spread a great deal of happiness. This is usually a company, a school, or an institution. This assignment could be a thank-you to people who have worked so hard during the coronavirus pandemic. But it could also be for a school whose students have passed, or to wish them luck on an exam.
How does such a large assignment actually work?
Of course, we first make agreements with the client and often official permission still has to be given for this.
Once that is available, we will order the lucky dolls, the letters and rings for the key rings, and the cards, which can also be custom-made if necessary.
Sometimes we also need to send the lucky charms to all our employees or customers, so we need to have enough bubble wrap envelopes and stamps to properly send all the lucky charms.
At the daycare center for people with disabilities, they'll be making the keychains and putting the good luck cards in the cellophane bags. Not everyone can do the same work, but everyone does it with great passion and enjoyment.
Someone else will probably put the stickers and address labels on the envelopes. Someone else will enjoy putting the lucky bags in the envelopes, and someone else will seal them. It's all work that suits that specific person.
Then all envelopes or letterbox-sized packages are sent to the delivery service. They'll get to work as quickly as possible to deliver the order to the correct address.
Reward for our hard workers at the daycare center
And finally, of course, there's cake! This project was for the Municipal Health Service (GGD) in Zeeland, and it was a joy to see how passionately and collaboratively they worked on it.
